Terms of Service
Last updated June 9, 2026
Welcome to Cache. These terms govern your use of cache.events and any Cache apps (the “Platform”). By creating an account, buying a ticket, or selling tickets through Cache, you agree to them.
1. What Cache is
Cache is a ticketing and event platform. Events are created and run by independent organizers (“Organizers”). When you buy a ticket, your purchase is from the Organizer — Cache acts as the Organizer's ticketing agent and payment facilitator, not as the event host.
2. Tickets
A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event it was issued for, subject to the Organizer's and venue's rules (including age limits, dress codes, and capacity). Each ticket has a unique QR code; the first valid scan at the door is admitted. Keep your QR private — anyone with the code can use it.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred except where the Platform provides a feature for it.
3. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. The checkout total shows the ticket price plus a service fee before you pay. Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Cache chooses to refund them.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refund decisions belong to the Organizer, and our Refund Policy applies. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll be refunded the ticket price. Cache may issue refunds to protect buyers in cases of fraud or material misrepresentation.
5. Entry and conduct
Most events are 18+ or 21+ — bring valid ID. Venues and Organizers may refuse or revoke entry for safety, intoxication, or conduct reasons without refund, where permitted by law. You attend events at your own risk.
6. Organizer terms
Organizers are responsible for their events: accuracy of listings, venue arrangements, permits and licenses, taxes on their sales, honoring announced refund terms, and complying with law. Organizers receive payouts net of agreed platform fees. Cache may suspend an Organizer's sales for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.
7. Your account
Keep your login credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Platform, attempt to defraud buyers or Organizers, or interfere with the service.
8. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, automated ticket purchasing, fake accounts, or attempts to bypass the Platform's security. No use of the Platform for unlawful events or activity.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cache disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of Organizers, venues, or attendees. Cache's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Contact and governing law
Cache operates from Miami, Florida, and these terms are governed by Florida law. Contact: support@cache.events.
