Refund Policy

Last updated June 9, 2026

Nightlife runs on capacity and timing, so ticket sales are generally final — but there are clear cases where you get your money back.

1. All sales are final (by default)

Once purchased, tickets can't be returned because you can no longer attend, bought the wrong night, or changed plans. Organizers may approve exceptions at their discretion — reach out to them or to support@cache.events and we'll route it.

2. Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll automatically receive a refund of the ticket price to your original payment method.

3. Rescheduled or materially changed events

If an event moves date or venue, your ticket remains valid for the new details. If you can't make the new date, request a refund within 7 days of the announcement and it will be honored.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Charged twice for the same order, or charged without receiving a ticket? Email support@cache.events — verified duplicates and errors are refunded in full, including fees.

5. Denied entry

Refunds aren't issued for entry denied due to age requirements, missing ID, dress code, intoxication, or late arrival after door close — those rules are listed on the event page and enforced by the venue.

6. Service fees

Service fees are non-refundable except for cancelled events, duplicates, and platform errors (cases 2 and 4 above).

7. How refunds arrive

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
