Privacy Policy

Last updated June 9, 2026

This policy explains what Cache collects, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what's needed to sell and deliver tickets, we don't sell your data, and your card number never touches our servers.

1. What we collect

Buyers: name, email, phone (if provided), and your order history (events, tickets, amounts, check-ins). Organizers: business/contact details, event and sales data, payout information held by Stripe. Technical: standard logs (IP, device/browser) for security and debugging.

2. Payments

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe's systems — Cache never sees or stores your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

3. How we use information

To deliver tickets and receipts, admit you at the door, support you, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform. Organizers can see the purchase data for their own events (your name, email, ticket and check-in status) so they can run the event — that's inherent to buying a ticket from them.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your data with other organizers or third parties for their marketing.

5. Emails and messages

Transactional emails (tickets, receipts, refunds) are always sent. Marketing messages from an Organizer you've bought from are controlled by that Organizer — unsubscribe links are honored.

6. Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the Platform: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

7. Retention and security

Order records are kept for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Access to personal data is restricted and gated; production data is protected by row-level security and audited admin actions.

8. Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@cache.events from the address on your account. Deletion requests are honored except where we must keep records (e.g., completed transactions) for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Children

Cache is for adults. Most listed events are 18+ or 21+; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Contact: support@cache.events (Cache, Miami, FL).
